Installing PQM

Download the latest version of PQM.
If prompted, save the file to a temp directory, for example, C:\Windows\Temp\
Extract the application files into a directory like C:\Program Files\PQM.
Your operating system must have the lastest Java Runtime Envrionment (atleast JRE v1.4.1_1).

The installation procedure is now complete. To start PQM go to Windows Explorer traverse down the Programs Folder and select PQM.exe.
